“We had a wonderful dining experience here tonight. The service was excellent — our waiter was very attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the evening. The food was absolutely delicious. Compliments to the chef — every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour. You can really feel the care and passion behind the cuisine. We came here as a couple and truly enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, and the hospitality. Thank you for a memorable evening — we will definitely come back!”

“Absolutely incredible!! We went for a lovely seafood dinner and found a molecular food science kitchen. From lemon jello caviar to a basil sponge each dish had an experimental touch. You may now be thinking, this sounds too complex, but no the subtle seafood flavors are still the star of the show. We had oysters, risotto tortellini and one of their fresh fish and it is hard to pick a favourite. I would recommend getting their fresh fish, which they weigh and price it per kilo, it is then prepared as to the chefs recommendation. We had the sea bream it was a gorgeously light fish flavored with a delicate broth and potatoes. This is the best fish dish I have ever eaten. The service was great. The waiter spoke perfect English, which definitely helped, and was lovely, attentive and knowledgeable about every dish. Also a special shoutout to whomever made the playlist! R&B vibes all night, loved it. Will be back if I ever return to Bari! P.S the duck in the photos is a work mascot. We are not we are insane people I swear.”
